Important Notice

The Portuguese Podengo Pequenos of America, Inc. provides this list of
breeders as a service to those looking for show or pet quality
Pequenos and assumes no liability for any negotiations, sales or
violations of AKC, Federal, State or Local rules and regulations.

The breeders listed here have certified that they have and will
continue to perform health tests on all breeding partners in
accordance with the recommendations as stated in the PPPA Code of Ethics.

These tests include Hip Dysplasia by performing either OFA
Evaluation or  PennHip Evaluation​, Patellar Luxation by OFA
Evaluation, and Eye Examination by a Board Certified ACVO
Ophthalmologist with the results registered with OFA CAER within one
year of breeding.  When in full compliance with the above, the breeder
is provided with a CHIC Number for both the Sire and Dam.​​
